Vandalism, spam and ordinary mistakes can be reverted by anybody from the page history.
For a takedown -- copyrighted text, personal data, credentials pasted by accident, or unlawful content -- write to abuse@taskscratch.org with the page title and, if you can, the revision. A person reads that address and acts within a few days.
